CAES Product Development
Modular CAES System
A modular compressed air energy storage (CAES) platform integrating compressors, expanders, motor-generators, air storage vessels, thermal energy storage, heat exchange systems, and intelligent control architecture into a skid-mounted system for rapid deployment and scalable energy storage applications.
U.S. Patent-Pending Technology
The modular compressed air energy storage (CAES) system has been filed as a U.S. provisional patent application, with a non-provisional patent application currently under development.
Key Advantages
Compared with conventional battery energy storage systems (BESS), the modular CAES platform is designed for long-duration energy storage applications with extended operational life and reduced dependency on battery materials. Unlike large-scale underground CAES systems requiring salt caverns or specific geological conditions, the modular skid-mounted design utilizes engineered air storage vessels, enabling flexible deployment across diverse locations while significantly reducing construction complexity and project deployment time.
Commercial CAES Experience
Prior to founding the company, the technical founder participated in the engineering design of China’s first commercially operated 60MW/300MWh non-fuel supplementary Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES) national demonstration project, contributing to electrical, instrumentation, and control system engineering.
Integrated Source-Grid-Load-Storage Project Experience
The technical founder participated in the engineering implementation of a 10MW/40MWh integrated renewable energy and compressed air energy storage (CAES) project involving coordinated source-grid-load-storage operation, contributing to electrical, instrumentation, and control system engineering.
Partnership & Collaboration Opportunities
The company is actively seeking strategic partners, industry collaborators, and investment opportunities to support the development, prototyping, and commercialization of advanced modular CAES technologies.
